Delivery Charges
Your delivery charges will depend on the products you order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
Your shipping charges are as follows:
Shiping type:
1 to 3 working days
(Available on select products to chosen locations in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, Rak, Fujairah, Al ain, abu dhabi when you order before 12:00 PM).
Order value: Any Shiping charges:
To Dubai: 100AED
To Sharjah: 150AEd
To Ajman and UAQ: 200AED
To Rak, Fujairah, Al ain, Abu dhabi: 250AED Orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days
Orders placed before 12.00 PM on business days will be delivered within 1 to 3 days to all locations.
Your delivery details will be displayed on your checkout page as you shop.
What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you to schedule a day and time that is convenient for you.
If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it’ll be returned to us. Call us on ( +971 50 767 7681 ) or ( +971 56 955 9811 ) or ( +971 4 2430 444 ) within two working days of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.
How do I cancel my order?
It’s easy. Here’s what you need to do.
If you’ve signed in to your account:
1- Go to the Order Details page in your My Account section. 2- Click on the order from which you want to cancel products. 3- Select the specific products you wish to cancel.
4- Click ‘Cancel selected items’ That’s it! You’re done.
If you’re a guest user:
Call us on ( +971 50 767 7681 ) or ( +971 56 955 9811 ) or ( +971 4 2430 444 ) and we’ll
help you cancel your order.
Do remember that you can only cancel orders that are in the Processing stage.
However, if your order has already been dispatched, wait for it to arrive and refuse to accept the delivery.
