Acceptance of Terms

Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order via the Site. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

Order Acceptance

Supplier

Each product in your order is sold by us as specified on the Site.

Order Acceptance

Our acceptance of your order occurs when we notify you in writing (e.g., via email or mobile messaging). If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you for the product.

Payment

By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to process your payment. We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Payment Wallet

We may need to create an account with our payment processors on your behalf, and you authorize us to do so.

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • Payment is not received when due.
  • Necessary information is not provided in a timely manner.
  • You do not allow us to deliver the products.
  • Bulk or multiple orders are detected.
  • Products are unavailable.

Delivery of Your Order

Delivery Delays

If our supply is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you and take steps to minimize the delay. If you do not collect the product, we will attempt to contact you for further instructions and may cancel your order if contact is unsuccessful.

ID Requirement Upon Delivery

We may verify your identity before delivery. If we cannot authenticate your information, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.

Title to Products

You own the product once it is delivered to you and you have paid for it.

Invoice

An electronic invoice will be sent to the email address you provided.

Returns

Conditions for Returns

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Product not as described.
  • Damaged product.

For refurbished products, returns must be made within seven (7) days.

Non-returnable Products

You cannot return:

  • Used or damaged products.
  • Consumable products that have been used.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Full refund for faulty or misdescribed products.
  • Refund for non-faulty products excluding original delivery fees.
Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued based on your payment method:

  • Cash on delivery: refunded to your payment wallet.
  • Credit/Debit card: refunded to your card or payment wallet.
Refund Timescale

Refunds will be processed within 15 days for credit/debit cards or immediately for payment wallets.

Warranty and Product Damage

Warranty

A one-month warranty is provided on selected products for defects in material, design, and workmanship, starting from the delivery date.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply if:

  • Unauthorized repairs were attempted.
  • The product has physical or liquid damage.
  • Non-original accessories were used.
Warranty Claims

Contact us via email or call our customer service for warranty claims.

Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Loss of profits or data.
  • Delays caused by you not providing necessary information.

General Provisions

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai.

Dispute Resolution

If issues arise, contact us. If unresolved within 45 days, disputes will be referred to arbitration in accordance with UAE law.

Third Party Rights

Only parties to these Terms may enforce them.

Relationship of the Parties

These Terms do not create a partnership or joint venture.

Assignment

These Terms are binding upon you and your successors. You may not transfer your rights without our consent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

Amendment

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the new terms.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control.

No Waiver

A waiver of any provision does not imply a waiver of any other provision.

Survival

All provisions that should survive termination will do so.
