At Alpha Teknik Industries LLC, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our updated returns and refund policy carefully:

Order Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your order after it has been placed but before delivery, please note that 15% of the total amount will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover the cost of product reservation and delivery schedule arrangements made on your behalf.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if under warranty.
  • Items that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed—unless they are found to be defective.
  • Products with opened packaging, unless defective.
  • Toys or similar items that have been removed from their original packaging.

Special Condition for 4-Layer Water Tanks

If a customer wishes to return a 4-layer water tank, the following conditions will apply:

  • Only 50% of the payment will be refunded at the time of return.
  • The remaining 50% will be refunded once the returned tank is resold.
  • In case of replacement instead of return, additional shipping charges will apply based on the customer’s location.

Return & Cancellation After Delivery

If you choose to return or cancel an order after delivery, and the product has no manufacturing defects, you will be responsible for all transportation charges based on a pro-rata calculation.

Please note: We do not currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. To receive a different item, kindly return the original and place a new order.

How to Return a Product

Products must be returned in their original condition within 3 days of delivery.

  • Please include the original invoice, all accessories, promotional items, and warranty cards.
  • Products not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process (Credit/Debit Card Payments)

  • 2–3 business days: We receive and log your returned item.
  • 2 business days: Quality inspection and refund approval.
  • 4–15 business days: Refund will be processed by your bank or card issuer (processing time may vary).

Will VAT Be Refunded?

Yes, VAT will be refunded as long as the original invoice is included with the returned product.

Return at Time of Delivery

You may return your order directly to our delivery personnel at the time of delivery. Please note that transportation charges will still apply.

Cash on Delivery & Credit Voucher Purchases

If you paid via Cash on Delivery and choose to return the product, a Credit Voucher will be issued. Purchases made using this voucher are not eligible for cash refunds. Cash refunds are only issued for products originally purchased using Cash on Delivery.
