An IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) is a 1,000-litre stackable container for storing and transporting liquids, chemicals, and food-grade products. Made from (U)HM-HDPE with UV stabilizer. Plastic or steel pallet options. Price: AED 1,584 | Warranty: 5 years.

All polyethylene tanks use 100% new virgin polyethylene with UV stabilizers — no recycled plastic. GRP tanks use glass fibers, resin, and gelcoat. IBC tanks use (U)HM-HDPE with UV stabilizer. All products are Made in UAE.

For Dubai’s intense sun, 4- or 5-layer tanks are strongly recommended for rooftop installations.

Yes. Our polyethylene tanks use 100% new virgin polyethylene — food-grade safe for potable (drinking) water. Approved by UAE municipalities and government bodies.

Yes. All tanks include UV stabilizers formulated for UAE conditions. For fully exposed outdoor/rooftop use, choose 4- or 5-layer tanks. We also offer a Water Tank Cooling Fan (AED 1,224) to reduce water temperature in sun-exposed tanks.

General rule: 200–300 litres per person per day in the UAE.

Horizontal: height restrictions, vehicle/trailer mounting, transport on a flatbed.

Vertical: limited floor space, rooftop use, larger capacities (up to 5,000 US gal). Short-profile vertical tanks (500 & 1,000 US gal) are available for low-clearance rooftops.

• Clean annually — drain, scrub with mild food-safe solution, rinse before refilling.
• Inspect fittings every 6 months — check inlet/outlet and lid seals.
• Keep the lid sealed — prevents contamination and algae growth.
• Avoid direct sunlight where possible — consider our cooling fan for exposed tanks.

A flat, level, stable surface rated to carry the full weight when filled (1 litre = 1 kg). A concrete slab or compacted sand base is recommended — free of sharp edges. For rooftop installs, confirm the roof is rated for the filled tank weight.

• Excavate a pit 300–500 mm wider than the tank on all sides
• Lay a level sand or concrete base at the bottom
• Lower the tank using appropriate lifting equipment
• Backfill with clean sand or pea gravel — no sharp fill material
• Ensure inlet, outlet, and vent connections are accessible above ground

We recommend using a qualified civil contractor for underground installations.
