Your delivery charges will vary based on the products you order and will be displayed during the checkout process. Below are the details of our shipping charges:
Shipping Options
This service is available for select products to specific locations in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, Rak, Fujairah, Al Ain, and Abu Dhabi when you place your order before 12:00 PM.

This service is available for select products to specific locations in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, Rak, Fujairah, Al Ain, and Abu Dhabi when you place your order before 12:00 PM.
Order Value and Shipping Charges
- To Dubai: 100 AED
- To Sharjah: 150 AED
- To Ajman and UAQ: 200 AED
- To Rak, Fujairah, Al Ain, and Abu Dhabi: 250 AED
- To outside of Al Ain City and Abu Dhabi City: 400 AED
Orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days. If you place your order before 12:00 PM on business days, you can expect delivery within this time frame. Your delivery details will be available on the checkout page as you shop.
What If I Am Not Home When My Order Arrives?
If you are not at home when your order arrives, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery. If you are unavailable after three attempts, your order will be returned to us. To reschedule delivery, please call us at:

How to Cancel My Order
Cancelling your order is simple. Here’s how:
If You’ve Signed In to Your Account:
- Go to the Order Details page in your My Account section.
- Click on the order you wish to cancel.
- Select the specific products you want to cancel.
- Click ‘Cancel selected items.

Note: You can only cancel orders that are in the Processing stage. If your order has already been dispatched, please wait for it to arrive and refuse the delivery.
